Standard Delivery - UK/ROI
Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery and delivery can usually take between 3 and 10 days from time of order confirmation (Please note, as we have no control over Royal Mail deliveries, these are guides and not guarantees). The cost of standard delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and mainland UK is included in the price of all jerseys. A tracking number (only available whilst the item is within the UK) will be advised to you once your order has been dispatched.
Express Delivery - UK only
For express delivery (4 working days) items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier. Providing the item is in stock, delivery will be 4 working days. Express delivery to Northern Ireland and mainland UK costs an additional £11.95.
Delivery to all other EU Countries
Royal Mail International signed for,additional £3.00 first jersey. Add £1.00 for each additional Jersey
Delivery to Australia, USA and Canada
Royal Mail International signed for,additional £5.00 first jersey. Add £1.50 for each additional Jersey
General Delivery
- You are always welcome to pick up your items. Please call us first to arrange a time
- If your order is for an event, please indicate this date while placing your order so we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time. If the date is less than 2 weeks from now, we recommend using the "Express" method.
- For deliveries to Europe, the Highlands and the Rest of the World we will dispatch within 2 weeks where practicable.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times, as deliveries are handled, primarily by Royal Mail.
- We will attempt to notify you by e-mail if the timescales above are not achievable. Working days do not include Bank Holidays, Public Holidays or Weekends.
- You must provide a daytime delivery address as all parcels will need to be signed for.
- We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made. If a parcel is returned to us because no signature could be obtained or an incorrect address is given, we may need to re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or other such events.
- An additional delivery charge may apply to certain areas. We will contact you if an additional delivery charge is required.
- Postal insurance is available at an additional cost.
Returns
- Returns will be accepted on any item except those that have been personalised specifically for you.
- Returns must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, and sent back within five days. This is non-negotiable
- Please contact us for a returns authorisation before returning any item.
- Returned items must be unopened, unused with all tags attached as originally fitted and in original packaging.
- A full refund (excluding any return postage charges which you incur) will be made by the same method as the original payment was received, as soon as we receive the item back and have verified that it is unmarked and unused.
- We will refund your return postage, only where we have made a mistake.
These policies may have to be changed from time to time to reflect local and international laws, without notification, as we may be asked to act quickly.
